Schmidt Residential cc was born out of the need for its founder Wayne Schmidt to be self supporting in order to pursue his church ministry and manage his own time. With a background in Call centre management at MTN, and Church ministry, it was relatively easy to step into the arena of the property market and dealing with individuals and families, providing honest insightful communications to potential sellers and buyers. The company was founded in 2005 and has grown dramatically. We operate predominantly in the Northern Gauteng regions and Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape. We have proved to uphold our slogan “Protecting your Investment, Preserving your Heritage.”
